At no stage do we take our product for granted. All our fabrics have traveled through a tightly monitored quality-controlled course of production. Even a slight inconsistency in yarn quality, weave, embroidery or colour is arrested and rectified through feedback through online computer linkage with the plants. We are extremely particular regarding the quality standard of our products which are made to high quality standards with proper dimensional stability, color fastness, shrinkage control and uniform dyeing. The minutest aspects of the fabric, such as thread density, weight, width and strength are also constantly monitored. For you, this translates into getting reliable quality, any time and every time. All this procedure is carried out under the close supervision of export professionals. And we firmly believe that:

Raw Material : After purchase of raw yarn the quality of yarn is checked in respect of counts, strength and material by the director of production and quality control.

Dyed Yarns : Raw yarn gets dyed through outside dyers and the quality and dyed yarn is checked through colour matching cabinet.

Weaving : During the process of weaving an individual attention is paid by our quality expert on the weaving quality and designing of the fabric.

Clipping and Finishing : After weaving the fabric is transferred to clipping, finishing and packing department, wherein unwanted threads are removed and final checking of finished fabric is carried out in respect of missing reeds and picks.
